Peter Hsu moved to Cambridge in 2020 to practice medicine at BIDMC and teach at Harvard Medical School. In 2022, he decided that one of the best ways use his Masters of Public health and his passion for health policy, would be through political office.
I do support capping rent increases and I am saying this as a landlord. I think 10% is reasonable as long as other “risks” remain stable.
